Refund Policy
We want you to love Anonymeter. If you don't, we'll refund you — no questions asked.
The short version
- ✓30-day full refund on any paid plan, no questions asked.
- ✓Email support@anonymeter.com with your account email and we'll process it within 3 business days.
- ✓Pro-rated refunds for annual plans cancelled after 30 days.
- ✓Cancel anytime from your account settings — no lock-in.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with Anonymeter Pro or Team within 30 days of your first paid invoice, email support@anonymeter.com and we'll refund the full amount.
No forms to fill out, no exit survey, no "are you sure?" loop. We'd rather have a friendly ex-customer than a frustrated current one.
2. After 30 days
Monthly plans: cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. We don't refund partial months.
Annual plans: if you cancel after 30 days, we'll refund the unused months (pro-rated). Email us to request this.
3. How to request a refund
Send a one-line email to support@anonymeter.com from the email on your Anonymeter account. Include:
- Your account email (if different from the sender)
- Whether you want to keep your account on Free or delete it entirely
We'll process the refund within 3 business days. Funds typically appear on your card 5–10 business days after that, depending on your bank.
4. What's not refundable
The only things we don't refund:
- Charges older than 12 months
- Accounts terminated for terms of service violations
Everything else: refundable on request.
